Why Model and Code in MiPasa?

  • Code right away from your desktop or mobile browser, in minutes, without installing anything
  • Own your personal “modeling space”, holding your models, notebooks & visualizations (we nick those “creations”)
  • Discover, clone and reuse other users’ shared code & creations in 1-click
  • Instantly share creations and insights — models & visualizations with others in 1-click, even outside MiPasa
  • Embed “live-linked” creations inside email, posts, articles, presentations, etc., allowing readers to access the “live” code and visualization in a single-click
  • Version and execution history and timeline — access past versions of your models, and executions. It’s useful when working on heavy computations, or when A/B-testing multiple variations
  • Streamline modeling teamwork — create or join teams, share & re-use creations with members, etc.

Multiple Ways to Model Data and Code with MiPasa

MiPasa offers different means of modeling, developing and generating insights through charts, diagrams and animation.

We have an online, full-featured and integrated Jupyter Notebook editor as well as simpler Code editor.
The main difference between these is that Code mode does not support annotations or splitting your script in sections, so if you intend to have multiple completely unrelated charts it’s still better to use Notebooks.
